Thank you for choosing us for your custom products. Each item is made to order with care and precision, and we want every customer to have a smooth experience from start to finish. Please review our policies before placing an order.

Custom Orders & Cancellations

All orders are custom-made unless otherwise stated. Because of the personalized nature of our products, custom orders are final once production begins. This includes items with logos, names, artwork, or any other customization.

Orders may only be canceled or changed prior to production. Once engraving, printing, or fabrication has started, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible.

Processing Time & Production

Our standard processing time is typically 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted on the product listing. Processing time begins after payment is received and, when applicable, after design approval. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

We work with trusted suppliers to source high-quality materials for our products. While we do our best to maintain inventory, material availability and supplier lead times can occasionally vary beyond our control. In rare cases, this may affect production timelines. If any delays occur, customers will be notified promptly. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize quality over rushing production.

Design Approval

For orders requiring design approval, production will not begin until the customer approves the final proof. By approving your design, you confirm that all spelling, layout, sizing, and artwork are correct. We are not responsible for errors that appear in approved designs.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted only on non-custom items within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless an error was made on our part. If we make a mistake, we will gladly remake or replace the item.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Shipping Policy

Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Lost packages will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Artwork & Intellectual Property

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any logos, artwork, or designs submitted. By placing an order, you confirm that you own or have permission to use the provided artwork. We are not liable for copyright or trademark violations.

Unless otherwise requested, we reserve the right to use finished products for portfolio or marketing purposes.

Custom Finish & Product Variations

Each product is custom laser engraved and handcrafted with attention to detail. Minor variations in color, engraving depth, placement, and material grain are normal and reflect the authentic custom process. These differences do not affect quality and help make every item uniquely yours.

We strive for consistent, professional results on every order. Please note that screen colors may differ slightly from the final product.

Customer Support

We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 business hours. Any issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery so we can assist as quickly as possible.

Trademark Disclaimer

All product names, logos, brands, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Letters Make Crafts is not affiliated with or endorsed by any hat manufacturer, including Richardson Sports. Any brand references are used solely to describe product compatibility or style.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Letters Make Crafts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

Governing Law

These policies and any disputes arising from purchases shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
